Welcome to Urban Washers. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Overview

Urban Washers is an Indore-based doorstep car and bike washing service. We provide cleaning, washing, polishing, and detailing services at the customer’s preferred location.

2. Service Booking

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or through our official website/app (if applicable).

• Customers must provide accurate details including vehicle type, location, and preferred time slot.

• Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for services will be communicated before booking confirmation.

• All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).

• Payment can be made via UPI, cash, or any approved digital payment mode.

• For monthly or subscription packages, full advance payment is required.

4. Service Area

• Currently, we operate only within Indore city limits.

• Service availability in specific localities is subject to team feasibility.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee of ₹50.

• If the service is delayed or canceled from our end, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a reschedule or refund.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Ensure vehicle availability at the given location and time.

• Provide sufficient access to water and electricity (if required for certain services).

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

• Urban Washers is not responsible for loss of any personal items left inside the vehicle.

7. Liability & Damage Policy

• Our team takes utmost care while washing your vehicle.

• However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, or paint issues.

  • Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to washing.

• In case of proven damage due to our service, Urban Washers may compensate up to a maximum of ₹1000 after inspection and review.

8. Rain & Weather Conditions

• In case of bad weather (rain, storm, etc.), service may be delayed or rescheduled.

• No refund will be issued for services already delivered before unexpected weather changes.

9. Privacy & Data

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service communication or promotional updates (with consent).

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to deny service to any customer for:

• Abusive behavior

• Unsafe or unhygienic service location

• Repeated cancellations

11. Changes to Terms

Urban Washers may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
